Restart 2019 is a time set apart not only to reflect and center, but also to consider ways to restart various aspects of yourself. Raj will lead us in gentle yoga and pranayama (conscious breathing) to start our day.
We will move into our first of several sessions on mindfulness and goal-setting led by Robert. As a group we will prepare our noon meal and learn ways to include plant-based eating into our lives and the health benefits of the food we eat.
The afternoon will allow time for reflection, walking the labyrinth, and further sessions on meditation and mindfulness in our daily lives. We will conclude by 5PM.
Two assistant scholarships are being offered. Ability to assist with unloading and set up/breakdown required. This is for overnight guests and the scholarship discounts the price to $100 for the entire retreat. Please inquire to firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Yoga or exercise mat
Anything you need for your personal comfort
All meals will be plant-based and gluten free
Please advise us of any other food allergies.
Herbal tea will be available during the retreat
Coffee will be provided Saturday morning
Check-in begins at 5:00PM
Bedding is provided. Please read information about sleeping arrangements here.
You may bring a beverage of your choice for the evening meal.
Following the evening meal, Robert will open the labyrinth and facilitate a walk for those interested.
