Musician and Somatic Educator
Robert L. Bozeman is a specialist in movement for musicians, aiding his clients in preventing injuries and assisting those with pain to be freed from it. He is a Bones for Life® Trainer and a certified Mind Body Studies (MBS) Practitioner, teaching the complete work of Dr. Moshé Feldenkrais. He is the founder of MovementByRobert, an online community of movers, as well as teaching in-person classes and residencies around the country to schools of music and universities. He holds the Doctorate of Music degree in performance from the College-Conservatory of Music, Cincinnati, Ohio, where he received a grant from the Graduate School for his doctoral project “Gesture, Movement, and the Keyboard Performer.” A portion of this project was published in The American Organist, in April and May 2017. Robert lives in Louisville, KY where he is a husband and father.
